We have fifteen guest bedrooms, ranging from single rooms to rooms for two, three and four guests. All of the bedrooms have been redecorated to a good standard, and all have compact en-suite facilities, central heating and a colour television. Hair driers and electric fans are available on request.

Free Wi-fi Wireless Internet & Guest Computer Facilities!

We have free Wi-fi wireless Internet access for guests during their stay at the Arosfa Hotel from a Wireless Access Point (WAP) located in our Guest Lounge. (For the technically minded, our WAP supports standard 802.11G (54Mbps) and 802.11B (11Mbps) devices using 64-bit WEP encryption). We also have a desktop computer available in our Guest Lounge for free use by guests, offering fast broadband Internet access. Use of these facilities is subject to reasonable Terms & Conditions and an Acceptable Use Policy.

English Breakfast

Full English breakfast is served in the Dining Room each morning, between 7.30am and 9am from Monday to Friday and between 8am and 9.30am on Saturday and Sunday.

Check in & check out

You may check in any time from 7am onwards. Your room may not be available until 11.30am on your day of arrival, however you are most welcome to relax in our lounge until your room is ready.

Check out is by 11am on your departure date. As a courtesy, you may arrange to leave your luggage with us and collect it later on in the day.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation we require 72 hours notice prior to the arrival date. If this condition is not met, the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. The charge will also apply to no show bookings.

Early Departure Policy

Guests checking out prior to confirmed departure date will incur one night's accommodation early departure fee. To avoid this charge please inform the mangement before 10am one day prior to you new departure date.

The hotel garden, at the rear of the building, is available for the enjoyment of our guests.
